Thomas G. Schmidt joins the Board of Directors at DHI A/S, bringing extensive international experience and a strong background in strategy, business development and technology to the company. He replaces Michael Rosenvold, who has been a member of the board since 2018. 

DHI has appointed Thomas G. Schmidt, an international profile with expertise spanning strategy, business development and innovation, to its Board of Directors at the company's annual general meeting.

Thomas G. Schmidt has more than 27 years of experience with strategy and business development from McKinsey & Company. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at McKinsey’s offices in Copenhagen, Los Angeles and Santiago de Chile, and served as managing partner for McKinsey in Denmark. In addition to his tenure at McKinsey, Thomas G. Schmidt is an experienced board member and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of 21st.BIO, a company leveraging advanced technology platforms to address some of the world’s most pressing resource challenges.

Thomas G. Schmidt states:

Thomas G. Schmidt replaces Michael Rosenvold, who has been a member of DHI's Board of Directors since 2018. Jakob Thomasen says:
